Evidence-based treatment of depression

The goal of the seminar is to distribute knowledge on effective treatment of depression across the life span, and the possibilities provided by digital and digitally assisted mental health interventions. The speakers are leading scientists on the field of psychoterapy, depression and digitalized interventions. The topics will be discussed by two panels consisting of professionals from the Finnish clinical community and research community.
The event is aimed at doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists and other health care professionals, and is open to anyone interested.
